Who gets to participate in the observations and the roles that they may play at the site is determined according to the project scope, location, timing etc. SolutionSync uses a diversity of full-time ethnographers and freelancers both with a University degree in social anthropology. They are carefully selected for each project with the aim to match skills, age and racial/ethnic characteristics of ethnographers and respondents.
