Customer Value Propositions improve rapidly when useful feedback and new ideas are obtained. Connect2Jam is a short meeting format where multidisciplinary participants come together to connect and help Innovation Champions improve their value propositions by giving feedback and generating additional ideas on how to make them more accurate and comprehensive.
Similar to a music jam session at the Montreux Jazz Festival where a jazz musician begins to present a theme and an eclectic group of musicians of various music stiles join in to make their prosposition a compelling and exciting customer experience, Connect2Jam is a collaborative environment to shape a value proposition following a structured, efficient learning approach. Connect2Jam is designed to maximize learning and position Innovation Champions and teams for the next improvement in their value propositions. Connect2Jam meetings have generally 5 to 20 participants and are initially guided by a trained facilitator until your internal facilitators take over the process.
